Threaded Screw Flanges
The Threaded Flange is similar to the slip-on flange, but the bore is threaded. Its chief merit is that it can be assembled without welding, explaining its use in low pressure services at ordinary atmospheric temperatures and in highly explosive areas where welding create a hazard.
These flanges are used in special requirements to work under high temperature and pressure, making sure no welding joint is made at the assembly. Threaded flanges are also known as screwed flanges and are similar to slip-on flanges, but the bore is threaded to enable assembling without welding. Threaded pipe flanges are usually used with pipes that have external threads.Above 600 class can also be forged according to your requirements. + ANSI B16.5/ ASME B16.47 Series A (MSS SP44) & Series B (API 605) + Material – ASTM A105, LF2 In addition AHFPL provides: + 100% machined surface as per B16.5 + 100% traceability and material test reports.
